USE YOUR RESOURCES WISELY!

Sometimes not being able to afford something you really want right now is God’s way of saying to you not now. It is just one of the ways in which he orders your footsteps.

I got it so clearly this morning when I looked at a quotation for something that I know I need to do and it was just way over what I expected it to cost me. I had this item as a priority list on my to do list but the money it would cost me would actually allow me to do 5 other things that are somewhere on that same to do list for this year.

Rather than going ahead and using that money for that and then asking God to release the finances for the other projects that are also just waiting to be rolled out, it made me ask him, what should I do first and I got a clear direction.

Waiting patiently on the Lord doesnt mean standing still and doing nothing but it means, do what you can with what your have, make the Big Plans, put them down on paper and work towards them and in the right season and when God knows you are ready for the overflow, the money and resourses will come in. His timing is perfect and he has so much he wants to do to impact the world positively through you, it will all come to pass at the set time.

Rather than have a pitty party and cry out God I cannot move, use the resources your have in the time you are in now and at the set time, the next thing you need will line up. The Apostle Paul was eager to be out preaching the gospel to people but God put him in prison and caused him to write so many of the new testament books that we enjoy and glean from today, generations later! Ask God what he would have you do in this season of restraint and limitation and you will be amazed at how he needed to restrict your ability to move just to get you to be still enough to release the treasures of heaven to you.

USE the precious resources that you have now to do what you need to do and God will bless and increase it in due season and time. These resources can be time, money, patience, love, the ability to laugh at things, anything that is a valuable asset that is within you right now. Everybody has something to use to bless the world within them despite where you are in the physical, use it wisely and enjoy this season.
